On June 24 at 7 PM, Steve Tibbs is offering a presentation that examines the post-pandemic parish and how to welcome parishioners back to church. The last 16 months have been a test for all our parishes – a test of our resiliency, our responsiveness and our ability to adapt. But parishes have endured and many have found a way to thrive.  Steve will talk about forming a cross-ministry team that leads to re-engagement in parish life; how to develop a plan that articulates the ‘why’ of every parish and how to implement that plan with intentionality that leads to better communication with everyone involved.
