Each parish is able to send:
- 4 voting delegates to the Clergy-Laity: Priest, PC President (or another PC member in their place), and 2 elected Lay delegates
- 3 voting delegates to the Philoptochos Assembly: Chapter President (or another board member in her place), and 2 elected chapter delegates
- As many youth workers as are interested in attending - full-time, part-time, or volunteer youth workers welcome.
- As many non-voting observers as are interested in attending

Lodging:
For those interested in obtaining hotel reservations, we have negotiated a group discount at DoubleTree by Hilton Reading, located a few minutes from the church. The address is 701 Penn Street, Reading, PA 19601.
Rooms are available on Wednesday evening (Sep 27) through Saturday evening (Sep 30). The group rate is $139 (plus applicable taxes).
