​2023 Metropolis Clergy-Laity, Philoptochos, and Youth Worker Assembly

Each parish is able to send:

• 4 voting delegates to the Clergy-Laity: Priest, PC President (or another PC member in their place), and 2 elected Lay delegates
• 3 voting delegates to the Philoptochos Assembly: Chapter President (or another board member in her place), and 2 elected chapter delegates
• As many youth workers as are interested in attending - full-time, part-time, or volunteer youth workers welcome.
• As many non-voting observers as are interested in attending.

Registration:

All delegates and observers must register.

Registration deadline: September 21 2023.  No refunds for cancellations after September 21 2023.

For those interested in obtaining hotel reservations, we have negotiated a group discount at Double Tree by Hilton Reading, located a few minutes from the church. 

Rooms are available on Thursday evening (Sep 28) through Saturday evening (Sep 30). The group rate is $139.00 (plus applicable taxes).
